Dorpamine Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Dorpamine (“Dorpamine,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Dorpamine app or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1) Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be responsible for activity under your account.

2) User-Generated Content and Community Rules

Dorpamine includes user-generated content. You are solely responsible for content you post, upload, send, or otherwise make available (“User Content”).

You may not post content that includes, promotes, or depicts:

  • harassment, bullying, abuse, or threats
  • hate speech or discriminatory content
  • sexual exploitation or explicit abusive content
  • illegal, fraudulent, or violent activity
  • infringement of another person’s rights

Dorpamine has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior.

3) Reporting, Automatic Filtering, Review, and Enforcement

Dorpamine provides in-app tools to report objectionable content (including post reporting via the post “More” menu) and to block abusive users.

When content is reported:

  • Reported content may be automatically hidden from feeds while under review.
  • We review reports promptly (target within 24 hours for valid abuse reports).
  • We may remove content, restrict visibility, suspend accounts, or permanently terminate users who violate these Terms.

We may act at our discretion to protect users, maintain safety, and comply with legal obligations.

4) Ownership of User Content; License to Dorpamine

You retain ownership of your User Content.

By posting User Content, you grant Dorpamine a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, display, and distribute that content solely for operating, maintaining, improving, and providing the service (including moderation and safety operations).

5) Responsibility and Liability for User Content

You are responsible for your User Content and interactions with other users.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dorpamine is not liable for user-generated content posted by users, including accuracy, legality, or offensiveness of such content.

6) Privacy and Device Permissions

Dorpamine may request permissions (such as notifications, camera, microphone, and tracking where applicable) to provide app features. You can manage permissions in device settings. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy: [Insert Privacy Policy URL].

7) Service Changes and Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or part of the service at any time, with or without notice.

8) Intellectual Property

Except for User Content, all app content, software, branding, and materials are owned by Dorpamine or its licensors and are protected by applicable law.

9) Termination

You may stop using Dorpamine at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior.

10) Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dorpamine is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

11) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
