Sound Familiar
You've set the goal before. Maybe even started strong. Then somewhere around week three, life got louder than your momentum.
That's not a willpower problem. It happens to driven people constantly — not because they lack discipline, but because discipline was never meant to carry the whole weight alone.
What actually helps is simpler: the right people, a little structure, and some honesty when you need it most. That's what Dorpamine is.

Your Goal
Every goal on Dorpamine comes with a choice — not a checklist. Pick the kind of accountability that actually fits, and mix it up goal to goal.
Dorps
A Dorp is a small group who actually pays attention — they ask the hard questions, notice when you go quiet, and show up.
dopamus
Dopamus checks in, reflects your progress back to you, and keeps you honest — quietly, right on your device.
A trusted partner
Doesn't have to come from a Dorp — just someone you trust enough to actually tell the truth.
However you choose to be held accountable, Holistic You is quietly keeping score — showing you exactly how far you've come.
The 3-Goal Cap

Most apps hand you a longer list and call it ambition. We do the opposite.
Three active goals — because the things that matter deserve your full attention, not a spot on a growing list.

real people
Somewhere inside Dorpamine, someone just asked their Dorp for help — 72 hours where the group turns its full attention to whatever that person is working through. That's called a Hot Seat, and it happens because that's what a Dorp does, not because an app told anyone to show up.
Whether it's a Public Dorp built around a shared goal, a Mastermind circle of five people who know your whole story, or a Family Mode space that includes the people closest to you — the point is the same. Real people, actually paying attention.
That's just what happens when the right people are around you.
SIDE EFFECTS
Leadership Style reflects your role inside Dorp communities — based on things like the Dorps you've created or joined, the categories you're active in, and the feedback and support you give others.
Family Mode is a private space for family and extended family — unlimited members, invite-only. Once everyone's actually checking in here, nobody needs the group chat as much.

Mastermind Dorps are small, invite-only circles of up to five people, built for real accountability. Some members are using theirs to find someone who's already been where they're headed.

Dorp Events lets any Dorp organize meetups, calls, or get-togethers right inside the group. It started as a scheduling tool — now it's how members find the run club, the study session, the thing they didn't know they needed.

Public Dorps are open communities built around a shared goal or interest — anyone can find and join one. People who've never met end up being the ones who notice when you go quiet for a week.

An Accountability Partner — a person you choose, or Dopamus — can see your Progress Journal and goal updates. Sometimes an entry that reads a little different is all it takes for them to check in, before you even ask.

HOLISTIC YOU
Every check-in. Every Hot Seat. Every goal you finish or restart. It's all going somewhere — you just haven't had a way to see it,
until now.
Holistic You shows you the shape of it.
