Your goal. On purpose, from the start.

Up to three active goals — no more, no less. Dorpamine gives every one of them the structure to actually get finished.

On YOUR PLATE

Fewer goals.

More of you, on each one.

Most apps let you pile on goal after goal, then wonder why nothing moves.

Dorpamine caps you at three active goals at a time — on purpose.

It's not a limit. It's permission to stop spreading yourself thin and actually

finish something. Your active goals live in one place — On Your Plate —

so you always know exactly what you're working on, and nothing gets buried.

Goal types

Built around how you actually work, not a template.

"Meditate daily" and "launch a business" aren't the same kind of goal — so Dorpamine doesn't treat them the same way.

Habit Goals are for things you do again and again. Check in daily, and those check-ins become your progress. Milestone Goals are for outcomes with real stages — daily reminders are there if you want them, optional if you don't.

Every goal gets a clear timeframe — one week, two weeks, or one month — because shorter windows help you learn faster and decide what's next, instead of losing steam on something that drags on forever.

Progress you can see

Proof you're actually moving, even on hard days.

It's easy to feel like you're getting nowhere, even when you're not. The Progress Journal fixes that — a running record of updates, reflections, and what you actually worked through.

Your Consistency Heat Map turns that record into something you can see at a glance — every day you showed up, mapped out in front of you.

And if you want a second set of eyes, an Accountability Partner — a person you trust, or Dopamus — can see your progress and help you stay honest about it.

Flexibility

Life happens. The goal doesn't have to die.

Didn't finish in time? Extend it — one week, two weeks, or a month — and get back to it without starting over.

Want to run it back exactly as it was? Goal Rounds let you repeat a goal without rebuilding it from scratch. Not the right moment for it anymore? Put it on hold. Nothing's lost — it's just waiting for you, whenever you're ready to pick it back up.

None of this is failure. It's just how real progress actually works.

Notifications

Nudges, not nagging.

Habit Goals come with a daily reminder built in, because that's what keeps a habit a habit. Milestone Goals leave it up to you.

Either way, you'll get a weekly check-in and a heads-up before a deadline hits — enough to keep momentum alive, without turning your phone into another source of pressure. Add any goal to your calendar, and it's one less thing to keep track of in your head.

Goal Series

When one goal is really step one of something bigger.

Some goals aren't the whole story — they're one piece of it. A Goal Series lets you group related goals under one bigger objective, so you can see how this month's work connects to where you're actually headed.

There's no deadline on the Series itself — just steady progress, one goal at a time, until you're ready to call it complete.

You already have what it takes.

You don't need another list. You need the right people, a little structure, and something that keeps you honest when it counts. That's Dorpamine.
